Return Window
We offer a 60-day return policy from the date you receive your item. You have up to 60 days to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

- In original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective or incorrect
- The issue was caused by our error
We cover return shipping for these exceptions. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving any defective or incorrect product.
Refund Process
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your item on arrival. If it is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must meet our return conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
